Scholarship's
In 1992 the Midwest Showmen's Association Scholarship fund was established at the annual meeting by Steven Smith & John L. Magel, Sr. In 1993 the name was changed to the "Midwest Showmen's Clem Smith Scholarship Fund". The fund continues to grow from donations and fund-raisers, enabling it to expand from two scholarships in 1993 to eleven in 2008. The Clem Smith Memorial Scholarships are open for application from the general public.
Bruce Sellner Memorial
Charities
In 1996 the "Bruce Sellner Memorial Charities Fund" was founded at the annual meeting by William Ward & Erin Sellner. The fund has contributed to multiple formal charities and individual in need. Pledges, fund-raisers and an Annual Golf Tournament in Faribault, MN, help this fund continue to grow.
