David Farmer Recieved Heart Pump $500.00

David Farmer was struck with a rare virus that enlarged his heart eleven years ago. Over time, David has had health challenges as a result. For the last six years he has spent much time focusing on his own healing with his practice and knowledge of Dakod Wicohan ( traditional lifeways) as well as with practices of western medicine.  On Tuesday January 19, David will enter the University of Minnesota hospital to receive a heart pump that should balance his blood flow throughout his body and ease some of his chronic pain that has accelerated over the last year.  This balancing effect from the heart pump will strengthen the body and other vital organs and make David a better candidate for eventual transplant surgery.  David is a beautiful young man, son, grandson, father, nephew, brother, cousin and friend.
